What is the minimum space needed for a home lift?

The compact Yijia Q fits a shaft of roughly 1000 × 1050 mm — about one square metre — and the shaftless Up-Down needs only a floor cut-out from ~950 × 1000 mm. During the free design review we confirm exact feasibility for your space.

How much does a FRANZ home elevator cost?

Pricing depends on model, travel height, cabin finishes and site conditions. Submit the quotation form with your floor count and building type, and we will reply with an indicative quote within one business day.

Can a lift be installed in an existing (occupied) home?

Yes. The Yijia Q and Up-Down are specifically engineered for retrofit: self-supporting structures, shallow or zero pits, and installation measured in days rather than weeks.

Do you offer on-site measurement?

In Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai we provide free door-to-door dimension measurement and design service. For other regions and international projects, we work from your drawings and photos, coordinated with local partners.

How is after-sales service handled?

Every installation receives one-to-one after-sales follow-up. IoT-enabled models support remote diagnostics so many issues are resolved without a site visit.
